Day 4

Wow! It is amazing how much we seem to get done everyday. The days are just flying by.
We do a physical and emotional check in every evening at our devotional and many of the kids are all ready feeling sad about having to leave. Some are already making plans to come back next year.

To date we have -
- Finished pouring the cemento (cement).
128 loads mixed- That's 128 wheel barrels of cement dumped
64 -90 lb bags of cement
152 linear feet of 5' wide sidewalk
15.5 cubic yards mixed!!!! whew! I'm sweating just writing about it!

- Finished staining the armari (cabinet).
- Hung a cielo ventilado (ceiling fan).
- Cleaned 150 chairs (sillas)

The talent show was a big hit. The kids love singing the "Casa Hogar" song and walk around singing it. David taught them his new song. "Frijoles Con Limonada" and it was a big hit!

We are all holding up fabuloso! We are getting used to being wet from sweat all day. Go to bed muy cansar (very tired). The bugs keep biting us and we are starting to bite back!

Tomorrow we work 1/2 day clean up. Casa Hogar will be very busy preparing for the Quincenera Fiesta! The kids can´t wait! Some of the guys already have a full dance card!

Adios para ahora,
Paz y amor en Cristo
